Grilled Bratwurst
This is bratwurst best… or is it Brat best? Oh, you get the idea. These will truly be the best bratwurst ever!
Oh by the way, if you’re not really a brat lover substitute some all beef hotdogs in place of the brats… and oh my, you’ll be yelling “hot dog” for sure!

1 (18oz) bottle Country Bob’s Marinade
1 cup water
1 (13oz) bottle Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
1 large onion, diced
10 bratwurst
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 medium tomato

Directions

Preheat your grill for medium-high heat. When hot, lightly oil grate.

Combine the sauce, green pepper and onions in a large pot; bring to a boil.

Submerge the bratwurst in the sauce; add the red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to medium and cook another 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove the brats from the mixture; reduce heat to low, and continue cooking the onions. Cook brats on the preheated grill, turning once, 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve with the sauce mixture as a topping or side. Dice a tomato to add as a topping.

Cut and warm or toast hoagie buns on grill. These will truly be the best bratwurst ever!
